He is a large, bear-like monster with shaggy blue fur, purple polka dots, a colossal tail, and curvy beige horns. He is a ball-shaped monster with light green skin, two small horns, and one gigantic eyeball. A human toddler who doesn't fear any monster except for Randall. She accidentally enters the monster world when Sulley inspects her door at the Scare Floor, setting Mike and Randall to find a way to send her back to her house.
Monsters, Inc. The film centers on two monsters — James P. The monster world believes that children are toxic, and when a small child enters the factory, Sulley and Mike must return her home before it is too late. Stanton wrote the screenplay with screenwriter Dan Gerson. The characters went through many incarnations over the film's five-year production process. The technical team and animators found new ways to render fur and cloth realistically for the film.

She is a grouchy slug-like monster with a perpetual frown who works at Monsters, Inc. Roz is also the leader of the CDA. Roz is grumpy, especially to Mike due that she is always bugging about the paperwork he does not file. She never smiles, except in the bloopers.
