This is a five-day course aimed at developing the competencies of HR professionals and managers as facilitators of learning and change with particular emphasis on Adult Learning Methodologies and Principles. This introductory module aims to establish in participants the basic principles and conditions in adult learning as well as showcase the different Adult Learning Styles and the different approaches to learning. This module will focus on the different facilitating styles and the core competencies needed for facilitation. Through various simulations and role-plays, the competencies of the participants in Active Listening, Feedback and Process Observation Analysis POA will be practiced and developed. This module will particularly cover the framework, instruments, methodologies and skills needed for POA. Learners will be immersed in Adult Learning Methodologies and module delivery.

The differences between pedagogy or the learning of children, and andragogy , the learning of adults, give us six keys in our leadership of learning as team leaders, coordinators and teachers of year olds. As people mature, they feel an increasing need to direct their own learning. Andragogy literally means leader of humans.
